Dementia research, and particularly Alzheimer’s Disease, has made significant progress in recent years. But this progress comes with challenges as well as opportunities. Susan will draw on her experience over the years as a research funder and will talk about how the research community can now build on this progress to move us closer towards new treatments, advances in diagnosis and better risk reduction strategies for the diseases that cause dementia.
