SCI is pleased to announce this news on behalf of Polymer International, SCI’s polymer journal published in association with Wiley.
The Polymer International IUPAC Award is run in conjunction with the IUPAC World Polymer Congress - Marco 2018 which will be taking place from 1 - 5 July 2018 in Cairns, Australia.
The award celebrates innovation in polymer technology and applied polymer science by young researchers in the polymer community, and the recipient will present a lecture on the scientific achievement that is being recognized at MACRO 2018.
The winner will receive a $5000 prize plus travel and hotel accommodation expenses to attend MACRO 2018.
Nominations should be sent by email to Polymer International: polyint@wiley.com and the deadline for nominations is 30 October 2017.
The winner will be selected by the Scientific Committee, representing Polymer International and the IUPAC Polymer Division.
Please be aware that self-nominations will not be accepted and nominees must be under the age of 40 on the 31 December 2017 and must be available to present an award lecture at MACRO 2018. Further details on what to include in your nomination are available via the link below.
