The Construction Materials Group held a Young Researchers' Forum on 17 May 2012 which took place at SCI HQ, London. Fourteen young researchers from a mixture of academia and industry spoke on a wide range of topics on different aspects of construction materials, such as; foamed concrete, straw usage, cement, asphalt and timber frame dwellings.
