Synopsis
This event is aimed at undergraduate students currently undertaking industrial research placements. Those working in organic, biological, supramolecular, physical organic or medicinal chemistry and related fields are encouraged to apply.
The event presents an excellent opportunity for chemistry industrial placement students to present their work to an international audience, and to learn about what their peers in other companies are working on.
This year’s event will be in the form of an online poster session and webinar. A selection of submissions will be invited to give a 10-minute presentation of their work at the symposium. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters and talks. An established industry chemist will also give a talk on their career path following their industrial placement year.
Attendees
This event is aimed at undergraduate chemistry students, either currently undertaking a placement or planning to in the future. It will also be of interest to industrial chemists.
