Louise is Professor of Sustainable Agri-food Systems at the Lincoln Institute for Agri-food Technology, University of Lincoln. She has worked for over 40 years informing strategy, policy, business productivity and efficiency and personal development in the agri-food sector. She has published over 140 peer-reviewed papers and written/edited multiple books and book chapters. Her recent work focuses specifically on multiple aspects of food system transition.
