SCI's Young Chemists' Panel presents an exciting new conference, focusing exclusively on the rapidly expanding area of photoredox catalysis and photochemistry.
This high impact subject has sparked much interest recently in both academia and industry with its enabling technology capability. This includes novel disconnection strategies which employ mild conditions that exploit difficult to achieve reactivity through photochemical activation of organic molecules. This conference will not only showcase cutting-edge research in this field from world leading experts, but will also introduce the practical considerations when conducting this chemistry and its industrial applications.
This meeting is ideal for researchers working in any area of synthetic chemistry who want to find out more about the capabilities and applications of photoredox catalysis and photochemistry. In particular, researchers who are working on the method development or who are looking towards commercial applications.
